The Rose Melnick Medical Museum is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the collection, preservation, research, and interpretation of the history of medicine (including dentistry, nursing, and pharmacy), especially as it relates to Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley. It exists for the academic community, for students and practitioners of the medical profession, and for the general public to add through its educational programs to the greater understanding and appreciation of medicine.
